I'm Sebestyén Garam. I build web applications and host them on my own Linux server — from the nginx config to the Minecraft network.

I build. I operate.

I don't just write the app — I deploy it and keep looking after it. I take a project all the way from the frontend down to the server.

Full stack

React/TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js and PHP on the backend, MySQL/MariaDB and Redis for data — I pick the right tools for the job.

Real-time systems

I've built WebSocket-based, multi-user applications where latency and state management matter, not just the UI.

My own infrastructure

I run an 8-core, 32 GB Linux server by hand: nginx reverse proxy, Docker, Certbot, MariaDB — a dozen domains run on it at once.

Game server hosting

I run my own Minecraft network on top of the Pterodactyl panel and the Wings daemon, with both modded and vanilla servers.

My own Minecraft server network: modded (NeoForge) and vanilla instances behind Pterodactyl + Wings hosting, with a dedicated panel domain and ongoing operation.

Server operations

On a single Linux server I run and maintain more than ten domains and services: nginx reverse proxy with TLS for every subdomain, Docker containers, MariaDB and Redis storage, and systemd-managed services.

Figma designs: a concept of my own, a site that's now live, and a team project.

Personal concept

Simon's Burger staff portal

The internal interface of a fictional fast-food chain for its staff. After logging in, a single screen shows the weekly schedule, the estimated paycheck, notifications and e-learning progress.
